You don't need to become a different person. You just need to look at yourself from a different angle.

One80°
A change of angle. Same body, same life, seen from somewhere new.
Edit
An intentional change, not a fresh start. You keep what's already yours.
Now
No before photo, no after photo. The work happens in the present tense.

Two ways in

Take one, or run them together

Menopause coaching

For perimenopause and menopause — sleep, energy, mood, weight, work, and the bit nobody warns you about, which is feeling like a stranger to yourself. Practical, structured and led by what you actually want to change. In the studio or over video, whichever fits the week.

See sessions and programmes

Lymphatic bodywork

Manual lymphatic drainage, post-operative recovery and facial work. Light pressure, slow pace, and time to sit afterwards rather than being moved along. Studio only, for obvious reasons.

See treatments

Coaching is not medical care and doesn't replace your GP or a menopause specialist. Nothing here is prescribed, diagnosed or a substitute for HRT advice — it sits alongside them.

Menopause coaching

In studio or online — same price

Most women arrive having been told their bloods are normal and to come back in six months. Coaching is the other half of that: what to actually do on a Tuesday when you haven't slept, your temper is short and your body has stopped responding to everything that used to work.

Discovery call

Online Twenty minutes to say what's going on and hear how the work runs. No pitch, no obligation, and honest if I'm not the right fit for you.

02

Single session

StudioOnline One hour on whatever is loudest right now. You leave with two or three specific things to change, written down, not a lecture on hormones.

60 min  ·  £75
03

The Six

StudioOnline Six weekly hours. Week one maps where you actually are; the rest build sleep, energy, movement and the conversations you need to have at home and at work.

6 × 60 min  ·  £420
04

The Twelve

StudioOnline Three months. For the ones who've tried the six-week version of everything and need the habits to actually hold. Includes between-session messaging.

12 × 60 min  ·  £780

Lymphatic bodywork

Studio only, by appointment
01

Manual lymphatic drainage

Light, rhythmic work that follows the lymphatic pathways. Most people book it for puffiness, heaviness and general sluggishness — and because it feels like nothing else.

60 min  ·  £70
02

Post-operative recovery

Gentle drainage and aftercare guidance for the weeks following surgery. Booked as a course rather than one-off, and only with your surgeon's clearance.

75 min  ·  £85
03

Facial lymphatic massage

Slow work across the jaw, cheeks and neck to soften fluid retention and tension held in the face. No products you'll need to buy afterwards.

45 min  ·  £55
04

Dry brushing ritual

Added to any session, or taken on its own. Brushwork toward the lymph nodes, then a short rest. You leave knowing how to keep it going at home.

30 min  ·  £25

  • Arrive

Ten minutes to talk through what's going on. No clipboard energy.

  • 90°

    The work

Warm room and low light in the studio, or a quiet hour on video. Nothing rushed either way.

  • 180°

    Aftercare

What to do next, written down so you're not guessing on Thursday.

You come in at zero. You leave looking at it from the other side.

The studio

One room, one client. Warm light instead of clinical white, a heated table, and a door that stays shut. Nothing about it is designed to make you feel like a project.

  • Private appointments — no shared space, no waiting room
  • Free parking on site — confirm
  • Add location and nearest station

Coaching online

Same hour, same structure, over video. It suits shift work, school runs, and anyone who'd rather do this from their own kitchen than drive somewhere afterwards. Plenty of clients mix the two — studio when they can, video when the week won't allow it.

  • Google Meet link sent with your confirmation
  • Notes and actions emailed within 24 hours
  • Same price as in-studio — no online discount, no online premium
  • UK-wide, and abroad if the time zone works

Questions

Is coaching the same as seeing a menopause doctor?

No, and it isn't meant to be. A specialist handles diagnosis, bloods and HRT. Coaching handles everything after that appointment ends — the daily decisions, the habits, the conversations, and the bit where you're supposed to somehow implement it all on your own. Most clients do both.

Does online really work as well as in person?

For coaching, yes. It's an hour of focused conversation either way. Bodywork obviously has to be in the studio.

Will one session be enough?

For a specific stuck point, one session helps. For anything to do with sleep, energy or weight, six weeks is the honest answer — habits take longer than a conversation. Drainage is similar: one session helps, a course is where the change sits.

Does the bodywork hurt?

No. Lymphatic drainage is light pressure by design — the vessels sit just under the skin, so pressing harder does less, not more. If anything feels uncomfortable, say so and it changes.

I've had surgery. When can I start?

When your surgeon clears you, and not before. Bring their guidance with you — timelines vary a lot between procedures and I'll work to what they've told you.

Why no before-and-after photos?

Because the whole idea here is that you're not a before. Progress gets talked about in the room, not measured against a photo of you on a day you felt worst.

What if I need to move an appointment?

48 hours' notice and it moves, no charge. Inside 48 hours the session is used, unless something genuinely unavoidable has happened — in which case just say so.
